Case Study: Full Website for Renovation Quote Requests & Lead Distribution (France)

This project is a complete digital platform created for a French lead-generation business operating in the home renovation market. The client connects homeowners with vetted professionals by collecting detailed quote requests and distributing them to relevant trades. My mission was to build a trustworthy, content-rich website that delivers real value to visitors while converting that value into qualified leads.

Branding, UI/UX, and Conversion-First Information Architecture

I designed the brand identity and user experience from the ground up to reflect clarity, reliability, and simplicity—key factors in high-intent renovation services. The platform is structured around category-specific landing pages and guided, step-by-step quote forms designed to reduce friction, improve completion rates, and capture the right level of project detail for professional follow-up.

A representative example is the “Windows Quotes” category, which educates users on what a quote includes, how to compare offers, and which window types fit different needs (PVC, aluminum, wood, mixed materials, roof windows, and custom sizing). The page also explains common renovation scenarios (full replacement, renovation install, new build, glazing changes, shutter installation, and new openings), creating reassurance while naturally leading visitors toward the request flow.

The growth engine of the platform is a unique blog featuring over 400 high-quality, topic-relevant articles built to rank on major renovation keywords in France. Each article is written to provide actionable guidance—budgets, material comparisons, installation choices, and regulatory context—while also functioning as a marketing funnel. Internal linking and contextual calls-to-action guide readers into one of the 10 category quote forms.

This structure supports both traditional search performance and modern discovery through LLM engines by pairing authoritative informational content with a clear conversion path. The result is a content system that educates, earns trust, and consistently generates demand.

Back Office for Lead Operations, Affiliates, Campaigns, and Billing

Beyond the public website, I built a comprehensive back office to run the entire lead business. The admin system manages lead intake, routing and distribution rules, partner/affiliate relationships, campaign tracking, and billing workflows. This gives the client full control over volume, quality, and monetization while keeping daily operations centralized and scalable.

AI-Assisted Content and Image Production

To support the scale of the editorial strategy, I integrated an AI-assisted workflow for blog article creation, including content generation support and image production. This helps the client maintain velocity while keeping content consistent across categories and aligned with the site’s conversion goals.
